In cases of discrepancy between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities

Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting to unauthorized drivers or allowing unapproved individuals to operate the vehicle is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden, as is using the vehicle for purposes it was not intended for.
